These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Gladiateur Beauty website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Use
Gladiateur Beauty products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. Product descriptions and educational content are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Review the ingredient list and directions before use. Consider patch testing before applying a new product more broadly, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical care when necessary. Keep products out of reach of children unless the product is specifically labeled for their use.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment authorization. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, misuse of promotions, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices, product availability, packaging, and promotions may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax are displayed during checkout.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Gladiateur Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with documented shipping problems whenever possible.
Intellectual Property
The Gladiateur Beauty name, shield design, product names, written content, photographs, graphics, formulas as disclosed or described, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Gladiateur Beauty and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
Website Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gladiateur Beauty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms periodically by posting a revised version on the website.
